– Andrew Rezmer has an extraordinary depth of wisdom in almost every aspect of real estate, development and investing in North and South America and Europe. He has over 38 years of Real Estate Experience started with building houses in experimental “Green” technologies in Europe. Almost 30 years ago – just a couple years after immigrating from Poland, he reached the top 1 percent of the best realtors in North America. Andrew has formal training and experience as a Real Estate Salesperson, Real Estate Agent and Mortgage Broker as well as CIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member).
– After very successfully serving his clients for a number of years, he decided to start investing on his own utilizing his extensive expertise to acquire real estate for his own corporations. Since then he acquired hundreds of units for his companies. To date, Andrew has been involved in almost 3,000 real estate homes and is now considered one of the leading authorities on structuring real estate deals in Canada. His creative deals program helps Sellers including Developers that may not be able to sell their properties in conventional ways. This program helps Seller avoid foreclosure and the loss of their financial investment in the properties. The program also works with Buyers as well, including those that may not currently qualify for regular financing, or those who may not be otherwise able to purchase a home due to lack of down payment or other issue.
– As a part of an offer to volunteer to the local Polish community, Andrew was a Vice President of the local Polish Community Center and Vice President of the Polish Canadian Congress. He started a newspaper, a magazine, a phone book, a radio program, and a TV show for the local Polish Community. He also sat on the board of directors for the local Polish Credit Union. This credit union merged with GVC (the Greater Vancouver Credit Union), and Andrew sat on that board of directors for a number of years.
– Andrew also owns a Yoga Retreat in Costa Rica, a Vegan Restaurant in Vancouver and a Marketing Company specializing in Alternative Health in West Palm Beach Florida. He also devotes a lot of his free time to work with non profit organizations he has created or decided to support – Teen Journey, CO-OP Radio, Conscious Living Network, World Preservation Foundation, Hippocrates Health Institute among others.
